The founder

Stella’s background spans private client services, personal assistance and luxury hospitality, shaped by more than six years working in London. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with high-net-worth individuals, international families and senior executives, gaining an understanding of the expectations and personal attention that come with supporting private clients.

Upon returning to Italy, she recognised a gap in the support available to international clients with homes, travel and personal commitments in the country. Many already have trusted personal assistants, household staff and advisers, but still need someone on the ground who understands how things work locally, can coordinate with the right people and take care of the details.

She founded The Private Keyholder to bridge that gap, combining her experience supporting international private clients with her knowledge of Italy, its culture and the value of trusted local relationships.

Stella works directly with each client, taking the time to understand their preferences, routines and priorities as well as the people they already trust.

This personal approach allows her to offer a bespoke service, tailored to each client’s lifestyle and individual needs. From the way they prefer to communicate to the smallest details of their daily arrangements, the support is adapted to suit them and to offer the reassurance of having someone familiar they can consistently rely on.
